With every seating, our chefs select and prepare their favorite cuts and ingredients, making each meal unique and delicious. With just eight seats available at the community Table, it’s our best seat in the house! Three seatings daily, beginning August 2016.
From Mishima Reserve Wagyu beef to our smoked meats and other favorites off the menu, our Butcher Shop provides for the carnivorous epicure in us all. In a hurry? Grab-and-go one of our gourmet sandwiches, salads, and fresh-made pantry sauces and seasonings from the counter in the Shop.
